Rules And Regulations

  • Prestige Club is a private club. Only members of Prestige Club are allowed to purchase goods and services from Prestige Club Destinations. 
  • As a private club, Prestige Club reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant based on information provided and/or obtained during the application review process. Prestige Club does NOT discriminate on the basis of race, religion or sexual orientation.
  • At the sole discretion of the club, Prestige Club Escapes reserves the right to revoke an existing member's membership or deny renewal of a member's membership.  
  • All members of Prestige Club must present a government issued Driver's License  or Passport to verify identity upon their first check-in at a Prestige Club Destination. No other forms of identification are accepted. If you do not have a Driver's License (not a photo of a driver's license but an actual license) or a passport please do not enroll in the club as you will be denied access upon arrival.
  • Upon request, the Prestige Club member's guest will be required to register at the front desk. Guests of members must present a government issued ID (driver's license, state ID or passport) in order to be a guest at Prestige Club Destination. Prestige Club reserves the right to scan and/or make a copy of the guest's ID. 
  • Prestige Club destinations are independently owned an operated.  Policies and procedures may vary from location to location but Prestige Club rules and regulations are consistent amongst all locations.
  • A membership fee is required to join Prestige Club. 
  • All members and guests of Prestige Club Destinations must be 21 years of age or older.
  • All members must agree to be bound by the Prestige Club By-laws and Privacy Policy.
  • Management will not be responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
  • The use of hot tubs, spa tubs, steam rooms and other equipment at Prestige Club Destinations can be hazardous to your health. We recommend consulting with your physician before using any of this equipment. Prestige Club, Prestige Club Escapes, ALFD, Inc., Franklin Park Hospitality, LLC, Midlothian Hospitality Inc., Ambiance Midlothian, LLC, AHG Hospitality, Inc. and Pulaski Hospitality, LLC accept no responsibility for injury or death to members or guests of members.
  • Check-out times are strictly enforced. If you would like to extend your stay, contact the front desk prior to your check-out time to inquire as to whether a later check-out time is available. Members will be charged in full hour increments for late check-outs.
  • Club members are required to return their room key to the front desk or key drop box.
  • Late check-out fees that are not paid at time of check-out will be charged at a rate of 1.5X the regular room rate and are subject to a processing fee. 
  • Prestige Club Properties cater strictly to adult couples (a club member and their one original guest). We do not allow visitors, parties, children or pets on the property at any time. Prestige Club Destinations do not provide hospitality suites, living quarters, sleeping or housekeeping accommodations of any kind.
  • An inventory of all guest room contents is taken after every check-out. Any items missing from the guest rooms will be reported as stolen.
  • We ask that our club members respect our rooms and suites. Club members that are blatantly messy or disrespectful of our property will have their membership revoked. 
  • We ask that club members respect other club members and their guests by keeping noise, radios and televisions at a reasonable volume level.
  • We reserve the right to terminate the Prestige Club Rewards Program at any time without notice. Only members of Prestige Club have the ability to earn/redeem points. 


If it is determined that any of the rules and regulations listed above or those specified in the Prestige Club By-laws have been violated or in the event of any disturbance or problem, management reserves the right to revoke your club membership and you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund.



By-Laws of Prestige Club


Prestige Club Escapes, Inc. (the “Company” operates the private Club known as the Prestige Club.  The purposes of the Club are as follows:

  • To maintain a club exclusively for the pleasure, entertainment, and recreation of its members.
  • To provide a way for members to form an affiliation that can provide substantial and meaningful input into the operations of Prestige Club properties.
  • To create an affiliation of members that has the ability to purchase goods and services from Prestige Club Properties
  • To compile data regarding member’s preferences and suggestions so that the Prestige Club can better serve our members.
  • To create an affiliation of members that has the ability to purchase goods and services from Prestige Club Properties
  • To create an affiliation that would provide on-going input into the operations of Prestige Club Properties
  • To increase the safety, security and privacy of Prestige Club Members as the general public is not allowed on any Prestige Club Property.
  • To better serve a specific membership base that has similar needs and requirements of a private club.
  • To provide a direct communication route between club members and operations staff of Prestige Club Properties
  • To provide Prestige Club Properties the ability to restrict the sale of goods and services, and the use of its facilities, to or from the general public who are seeking living quarters, sleeping accommodations or housekeeping accommodations.


The principal office of the Club shall be at 2955 N. Mannheim Road, Franklin Park, IL 60131. The Club may have such other offices as may from time to time be designated by its President.


A. Membership. Any person who (1) is over the age of 21 years old; (2) completes a membership application that is approved for membership; (3) agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Club; (4) agrees to abide by the By-Laws of the Club; and (5) pays the enrollment fee; (6) presents a government issued driver’s license, is eligible to become an active member of the Club.
Membership is also open to the owner of the real estate on which the Club’s principal place of business is located. The owner of the real estate shall be deemed a “Preferred Member”. The active members and the Preferred Member are referred to herein as the “member” or “members”.

B. Duration of Membership. Membership in the Club may terminate by voluntary withdrawal as provided in these bylaws. Membership may also be terminated by the President in the event that an active member does not comply with the rules and regulations of the Club. All rights, privileges, and interest of a member in or to the Club shall cease on termination of membership. Memberships shall be nontransferable. Any member may, by giving written notice of such intention, withdraw from membership. Withdrawals shall be effective on fulfillment of all obligations to the date of withdrawal.

C. Suspension and Expulsion. Any member of the Club who shall be in violation of the Club’s By-Laws or rules and regulations may have his membership revoked by the officers.


A. Membership Fee. The Membership fee for membership in the Club shall range from $30.00 $500.00 depending on the membership level purchased. The Membership fee may be adjusted at any time by the Company.

B. Amount of Dues. The dues required to maintain the status of active member in the Club shall be determined by the officers in order to meet the goals and expenses of the Club. Dues may be varied from time to time, but shall be calculated and assessed in the same manner for all active members.


A.  Officers. The Company appointed officers of the Club shall be a president, a secretary, and a treasurer. 

B. Terms. The president, the secretary, and the treasurer shall take office immediately upon their appointment, and shall serve for a term of one year, or as the case may be, until successors are duly appointed. 

C. President. The president shall be the chief officer of the organization. The president may in the president's opinion make such policies and take such actions as  to promote the welfare and increase the usefulness of the Club, and shall perform such other duties as are necessarily incident to the office.

D. Treasurer. The treasurer shall keep an account of all monies received and expended for use of the Club, and shall make disbursements authorized by the President or such other persons as the officers  may prescribe. 

E. Secretary. The administration and management of the Club shall be vested in the secretary. It shall be the duty of the secretary:

  1. To conduct correspondence on behalf of the Club. and to carry into execution all orders, votes, and resolutions not otherwise committed.
  2. To keep a list of the members of the Club.
  3. To establish machinery for the collection of dues and their payment to the treasurer.
  4. To keep records of any agents retained by the Club, and to take charge of and supervise the performance by such agents of their duties.


Committees may be established by the officers as they deem necessary or beneficial to the Club. 


These bylaws may be amended, repealed, or altered, in whole or in part, by the officers of the Club.


The officers may adopt insignia, colors, badges, and flags for the Club as it deems desirable.


The Club may be dissolved by the Company at any time.  In the event of dissolution, the members shall not be entitled to any further benefits and shall not be entitled to any refund for any membership fees paid. 



Prestige Club Privacy Statement

Your privacy and confidentiality remains our number one priority. The Prestige Club Privacy Statement has been created to help ensure that information that we obtain from you remains confidential.

As required by law, information obtained from you will be stored in a secure location. Your personal data will NOT be disclosed to any person, company or entity except if required by law or as outlined in this privacy policy. Requests for verification of registration (past, present or future), information regarding your Prestige Club membership status or any other information that we have obtained from you is kept in strict confidence as described in this document.


Only members of the Prestige Club can purchase goods and services at Prestige Club Destinations. When you enroll in the Prestige Club you will be required to sign an enrollment form (paper or electronic format) that outlines the rules and regulations of our private club. When enrolling in Prestige Club, we will obtain the following information:

Name, Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Driver’s License, Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Automobile Type, Automobile Color & License Plate, Number, Automobile Type, Automobile Color & License Plate.


To protect the identity of our members, all members are required to present photo identification upon arrival at a Prestige Club destination.


Because we are not able to positively identify a member over the phone, we will not verify Prestige Club Membership Rewards point balances over the phone. Membership rewards can be verified on our website by using a password created at the front desk of a Prestige Club destination. Membership reward points can also be verified in person at any Prestige Club destination after presenting a photo id.


We will NOT send you any direct mail unless you specifically request that we do so. We reserve the right to send our members email correspondence regarding future or past reservations and for promotional purposes. If your personal data changes, we will endeavor to find a way to correct, update or remove your personal data provided to us. This can be done by emailing us at

Prestige Club values your (collectively “your”, “you”, “user” or “member”) privacy and Prestige Club desires to ensure your experience with Prestige Club and related companies (collectively “Prestige Club”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and all our websites and all our related subdomains (the “Sites”) and all our products, mobile applications, software, blogs, forums, channels and sharing services (collectively with the Sites, the “Services”) are as satisfying and safe as possible. Prestige Club is a private club. Only Prestige Club members can purchase goods or services at Prestige Club Destinations. Once you have enrolled in Prestige Club, you will be assigned a Prestige Club Membership Number. The Prestige Club Membership Number ensures that your stay will be completely private and anonymous. When you utilize the Sites and/or Services of Prestige Club, we will record your Prestige Club Membership Number on documents at Prestige Club Destinations. By recording your Prestige Club Membership Number (your name, address, etc. is not recorded on documents at the front desk of the destination), we can ensure your complete anonymity. Please note that because your name is not recorded on documents at the front desk, we do not accept incoming telephone calls for guests. Additionally, to protect the identity of members, all members are required to present photo identification upon arrival at a Prestige Club destination.

In describing our collection, use, and sharing of information in this Policy, we refer to our collection and use of “Personal Information”. “Personal Information”, as used in this Policy, is personally identifiable information, which is information that directly identifies an individual, such as first and last name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, driver's license, biometrics, automobile type, automobile color, automobile license plate number, demographics or other online contact information, and/or telephone number and stay history.  We collect Personal Information, as well as non-personally identifiable information on Prestige Club Sites and/or Services.

We collect Personal Information in two ways. First, we collect information you provide to us in optional, voluntary submissions, such as in membership enrollment forms, user profiles and promotional enrollments. Prestige Club also reserves the right to collect and review public records regarding our members to determine eligibility in the club.  Second, some Personal Information may be collected automatically. This is described below in “Passive Data Collection”.

Prestige Club never gives away information about our users. If you choose to provide Personal Information about yourself, Prestige Club will use this information only to communicate directly with you. Prestige Club will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose that information to third parties unless such disclosure is necessary for the purposes set forth in this Policy, by law or a policy or notice contained or associated with a specific Site(s) and/or Service(s).


We may receive passively-collected information through a variety of methods including, but not limited to the following:

Performance Cookies. Prestige Club collects cookies on our Sites and/or Services to capture information about page visits (e.g. “performance cookies”). This information is anonymous and Prestige Club uses this information only internally - to deliver the most effective content to our visitors. Information from the cookie is used to gauge page popularity, analyze traffic patterns on our Sites and/or Services and guide development of other improvements to our Sites and/or Services.

Targeting, Performance, and Functionality Cookies. In our email programs, Prestige Club employs some tracking methods (e.g. “targeting, performance, and functionality cookies”). We track “opens” via a tracking pixel in the email - meaning we track who opens our emails messages and when you open our e-mail messages; and we track “clicks” via encoded URLs - meaning we track whether you click on the links contained in our e-mail messages. This information is used internally only to help us deliver relevant messaging, and is not shared with any third parties.

Functionality and Necessary Cookies. Prestige Club does not require that you accept cookies and/or you may withdraw your consent to our use of cookies at any time by adjusting your browser's privacy settings, however, some functionality on our Sites (e.g., “functionality cookies”), our product or service check-out process, and Services may be disabled if you decline to accept cookies (e.g., “necessary cookies”).

Opting Out of Cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. You may also change your cookie settings through preference options in our Sites and/or Services, where applicable. We will indicate upon selecting your preferences that we will use a cookie to remember your preferences.

Location-Based Services. We may collect and use precise location data, including the real-time location of your mobile or fixed location device.

Analytics Tools. We use analytics tools and other third party technologies, such as Google Analytics and DoubleClick Cookies, to collect non-personal information in the form of various usage and user metrics when you use our online Sites and/or Services. Generally, we use Personal Information to establish and enhance our relationship with our users through four main categories: (1) Communication; (2) Optimization; (3) Advertising; and (4) Sharing Features. Below, we provide some specific examples of how we use the Personal Information and other information we collect.

Communication and Responding to Requests. We use your information, including Personal Information, to provide you with customer support, respond to users' requests, and updates and connect users to Prestige Club Sites and/or Services.

Optimization. We use user information, including Personal Information, behavioral metrics, and other non-personally identifiable information to operate, provide, improve, and maintain our Sites and Services, to develop new products and services, to prevent abuse and fraud and for other administrative and internal business purposes.

Advertising Technologies. We may also use information about members and to collect and use other data about member activities on our Sites and/or Services to customize and/or tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to members across various services and products (e.g., to tailor ads on Prestige Club Services). Please note this does not opt you out of being delivered advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads such as e-mail, text message, and/or direct mail about Prestige Club's rooms and suites, amenities, packages, products, special offers and discounts. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads or generic ads, you may opt-out as indicated in this Policy.


We do not share Personal Information with third parties except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy.

Service Providers. We may provide Personal Information to third parties for their use in performing internal business functions (e.g., payment processing, customer service, maintenance, security, data analysis, email transmission, beta testing, or data hosting) on our behalf. Additionally, some third party service providers may collect information, including Personal Information, on our behalf. Whenever possible, we require such third-parties to only collect and use Personal Information in accordance with this Policy, to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of such Personal Information, and for no purpose other than providing us with our requested services.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose Personal Information if we have a good-faith belief that doing so is required by a subpoena, warrant, or other judicial or administrative order or otherwise required by law. Links. Prestige Club Site contains links to other third party sites. Prestige Club is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other third party sites. Prestige Club encourage you to be aware when you leave the Prestige Club Site to read the privacy statements of each and every other third party site that collects your Personal Information. This Policy applies solely to information collected by Prestige Club.

Change of Ownership. Information about our users, including Personal Information, may be disclosed as part of any bankruptcy, merger, sale, transfer of company assets, acquisition, or similar transaction. In the event of such a transaction in which your Personal Information would be transferred to a third party, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. For example, we will post a notice of the transfer of Personal Information on our Sites and/or Services.


Prestige Club does not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13. If in the future we choose to collect personal information from children, we will comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)


Prestige Club will collect biometric information from its members that chose to participate in the biometric identification program and shall comply with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). Biometric data is collected from the member(s) finger print scan upon arrival at a Prestige Club destination. Participation in the biometric identification program allows Prestige club members to be identified upon check-in utilizing their biometric data or identifier. If your biometric information has been collected and you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you, you may opt-out as indicated in this Policy.


Submitting Personal Information. If you do not want to submit Personal Information that is necessary to provide or use our Sites and/or Services or to fulfill your request, you may or may not be able to access and/or participate in certain Prestige Club Sites and/or Services. For example, you will not be able to register for an account with us or access and/or use certain Prestige Club product features or online services. In addition, your refusal to submit Personal Information may limit our ability to respond to your customer support inquiry in a timely fashion.

Editing Personal Information. You may, at any time, update, correct, or delete certain Personal Information that you have provided to us by updating your preferences on the Account Settings page or by contacting us at the mailing or email address provided set forth in this Policy.

Marketing Choices. If you want to remove yourself from individual communications, including marketing promotions, advertisements, updates and email newsletters, simply click the unsubscribe link in the communication or access your Account Settings page when logged in or on the Sites. You also acknowledge and agree that there may be instances where we may elect to notify you about administrative notices regarding your account with us, such as to inform you about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies, that your account may be expiring, or to provide you with other relevant administrative information about your account. Because this information is important to your interaction with us, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

Account Deletion. If you submit Personal Information, you may delete your account with us at any time. If you delete your account, your Personal Information and any and all other account related information including, but not limited to, user profile data, purchasing history, sharing data and any other data, credits, or content specifically associated with your account are also permanently deleted. Deletion of your data may take up to 30 days from accessible systems and up to 90 days from backup systems. If you choose to have an account with us in the future, you will have to sign up for a new account as none of the information you previously provided or saved within your account will have been saved.


We take reasonable measures, including the implementation and maintenance of physical, electronic, and managerial procedures, in an effort to assure the security, integrity, and accuracy of all Personal Information that we collect. Our efforts include procedures designed to avoid unauthorized access, alteration, misuse or disclosure of Personal Information.

If we learn of a security systems breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using the Prestige Club Sites and/or Services covered by this Policy and providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your account information and usage.


We collect and use Personal Information in accordance with this Policy and only for the purposes stated in this Policy and/or at the time we request such Personal Information from our users, or for such purposes to which a user may otherwise consent. We do not use or share our users' Personal Information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which such Personal Information was requested and authorized for use by us. We retain Personal Information for no longer than is commercially useful to carry out our business purposes, or as we believe may be legally required. When Personal Information is deleted or updated by you, it may take up to 30 days from accessible systems, and up to 90 days from backup systems, for us to delete such Personal Information.


You may view, correct, or delete the Personal Information Prestige Club stores about you. Most of your Personal Information may be accessed and corrected by simply emailing us at

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the "effective date" at the top of the Policy. If we make material changes to how we use Personal Information, we will attempt to notify you of the change and to give you the opportunity to exercise choice as to how your Personal Information is used. We will post the updated Policy on the affected Sites and/or Service, and if we have your email address, we will send notice of the update to that email address.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about our collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information. Prestige Club Sites and/or Services may be hosted in the United States. If you utilize our Sites and/or Services from the European Union or Switzerland, or any other region with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring your personal data outside of those jurisdictions to the United States. The United States does not have the same data protection laws as the European Union, Switzerland and other regions. By providing Personal Information under this Policy, you consent to the use of your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy and the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States.

The Personal Information practices set out in this Privacy Policy apply to all Prestige Club Sites and/or Services, and customers worldwide. Prestige Club is committed to complying with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland.


Prestige Club regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When Prestige Club receives a formal written complaint at this address, it is Prestige Club’ policy to contact the complaining party regarding his or her concerns. Prestige Club does not guarantee error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. Prestige Club will use reasonable efforts to comply with this Privacy Policy and will take prompt corrective action when Prestige Club learns of any failure to comply with our Privacy Policy. Prestige Club shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States, to the extent applicable.
